Key Stage 1 visited conkers as part of their Topic ‘The scented Garden’. They took part in a range of activities that allowed them to explore their senses, including a trip around the park on a train. Children benefited from a guided ranger session that used 4 of the bodies senses to create a sensory picture.
Children absolutely loved the ‘Barefoot walk’ – this was a real highlight of the day.
